Step 2: Open the downloaded file and install SmartgrowUpdater.exe on your computer.
Step 3: Open the Smart Grow Updater tool from your desktop, then connect your Smart Grow device to your computer using a USB cable.
Step 4: Reset your device firmware first. Then, in the Smart Grow Updater tool, make sure the Auto Download/Flash option is checked. Ensure the correct COM port is connected, and finally click the “Check Update” button to proceed.
Step 5: Repeat the same process, but make sure to select the correct device type — whether your unit is a 2-dosing or 5-dosing model. Then, in the updater tool, click “Check for Update” and wait for the latest firmware to be detected.
